In order to register for the conference:

- Check ECMS registration fees instructions at https://scs-europe.net/conf/ecms2023/submissions-deadlines-fees/ (deadline and the "paper size exceeding 7 pages" fee DO NOT APPLY, as EPEW papers will not be published in ECMS proceedings and LNCS does not apply fees). Registration will allow you to attend any session of ECMS, EPEW and ASMTA and includes all the activities that are included in the ECMS fee.

Please consider that on Tuesday afternoon there is the traditional ECMS welcome when planning your trip. Please, note that if you already registered for ECMS (e.g., because you already have an accepted paper in ECMS) you do not need to register to EPEW as the registration to EPEW is included in the registration to ECMS.

- Make your payment via ECMS system payment at https://www.castellcomms.co.uk/ECMS-payment.html. At that page follow instructions on Step 1 (or Step BT1-BT2, If you choose to pay by bank transfer). Ignore instructions on Step 2 and BT3, instead follow these instructions:

"Send the confirmation of the receipt of your payment by PayPal, or your bank transfer (preferably scanned jpeg) to the ECMS Office. Please include your name, Track and Paper number in the e-mail; moreover if you need receipt include also the address needed on receipt and tax nr (if needed)".

Then, to register use the ASMTA/EPEW registration form at:

At submission of the form you will receive by email your answers, as a confirmation of your registration.

The deadline for registration and payment is on May 31, 2023. Please contact us in case of any need. At least one author per paper must register and be present at the conference.

Please note that ECMS printed proceedings cannot be booked, as the related deadline expired, but all ECMS papers will be available online in open access by the ECMS Digital Library before the conference and freely accessible. We will do our best to let an electronic version of the ASMTA/EPEW volume be available for download on time for the conference: the printed LNCS volumes will be available after the event and will be sent to at least one corresponding author of each paper at the specified postal address.
